We strive to create and maintain a workplace culture of inclusion and equality. To that end, our diversity and inclusion committee is working to advance lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender inclusion and diversity and looks for ways to advance LGBT organizations and causes.
We have already achieved notable recognition when the Human Rights Campaign honored us with its Corporate Equality Award for our “outstanding leadership and service to the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community.”
We have also offered domestic partner benefits for many years. It is our intent that an employee's designated domestic partner will be treated generally in the same manner as an employee's spouse.
Also, all full-time lawyers are eligible for adoption benefits and family leave to care for their partner or child.
