New York and Milan advise MRV Communications, Inc. in the sale of Tecnonet S.p.A.

Our New York and Milan offices represented MRV Communications, Inc., a global provider of packet and optical networking solutions, in its sale of Tecnonet S.p.A, its Network Integration subsidiary based in Rome, Italy, to Maticmind S.p.A. based in Milan, Italy, for a total consideration of €19.7 million or approximately US$21.5 million.  

The sale of the Network Integration business will enable MRV Communications to focus all of its energy on becoming an end-to-end packet and optical networking solutions provider.

This transaction, approved by MRV Communication, Inc.’s shareholders, closed on December 7, 2015.
