Norton Rose Fulbright again recognized as one of the 50 Best Law Firms for Women

July 26, 2016

Working Mother and Flex-Time Lawyers has again recognized us as one of the 50 Best Law Firms for Women. The annual list recognizes firms "leading the industry in creating and using best practices in retaining and promoting women lawyers."

This is the sixth year we have been recognized. Winning firms are those which support flexible work arrangements while also focusing on women's business development and parity in compensation, as well as increasing their representation among the equity partnership and leadership ranks.

"This initiative honors firms like Norton Rose Fulbright that are committed to creating the best women-friendly workplaces," said Working Mother Media Editorial Director Jennifer Owens. "For our ninth Best Law Firms for Women initiative, we measured firms on a range of factors, including: representation; flexibility; paid time off and leaves; leadership, compensation and advancement of women; as well as development and retention of women."

Recognized firms will be honored at the Working Mother Flex-Time Lawyers Gala Awards Luncheon on September 21, 2016, at the Peninsula Center in Chicago. Working Mother magazine is published by Working Mother Media, a division of the Bonnier Corporation. Flex-Time Lawyers is an international consulting firm.
