Norton Rose Fulbright to add experienced restructuring and insolvency partner in Melbourne

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright announced today that experienced restructuring and insolvency partner Natasha Toholka will join the Melbourne office.
Ms Toholka has nearly 20 years’ experience working closely with financiers and insolvency practitioners. She advises clients on all aspects of banking and finance litigation, security enforcement, insolvency (reconstructions, workouts and formal appointments), general commercial disputes, disciplinary proceedings, and regulatory investigations.
She was most recently a partner at Hall & Wilcox and begins on February 26.
