Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright and New York-based Bryant Rabbino LLP have been selected as co-bond counsel for the general obligation bond program for the City of New York and the future tax-secured bond program for the New York City Transitional Finance Authority.

The assignment of bond counsel reflects the appointment of larger law firms and smaller, minority-owned law firms to serve as co-counsel in each role.

Norton Rose Fulbright has served as the city’s bond counsel since 2013.
