Ben Montanez joined the San Antonio office in September 2013.  As a senior associate, his  practice focuses on public and private mergers and acquisitions, stock and asset sales, public and private capital market transactions, and corporate governance. Before joining Norton Rose Fulbright, Ben worked at the U.S. Department of State as a Foreign Service Officer, with postings in Saudi Arabia, Israel, the US Mission to the United Nations, and Washington, DC. He is active in various nonprofit and charitable organizations at the local, state, and national levels.
