Recognized as a "Rising Star" by New York Super Lawyers for the past five years, Jarret Stephens is an integral part of Norton Rose Fulbright's real estate practice.

Jarret routinely advises clients on all aspects of real estate transactions, including joint ventures, acquisitions and dispositions of development rights, real estate portfolios and office, retail and warehouse properties, sale and leaseback transactions, financings and leases. Her client base spans industries – from healthcare to financial services to retail – and includes several Fortune 500 companies.

Prior to entering the legal field, Jarret worked on Wall Street as an equity research analyst with a global investment bank and securities trading and brokerage firm .

An active member of the community, Jarret serves on the Legal Advisory Council of Sanctuary for Families, the leading nonprofit organization in New York dedicated exclusively to serving the complex needs of domestic violence victims, sex trafficking victims, and their children. In addition, she does pro bono work with the Transgender Legal Defense & Education Fund and also sings with the Dalton Chorale.
