London Stock Exchange (LSE) launched a new multilateral trading facility (MTF), the International Securities Market (ISM), in May 2017. With this new MTF, LSE aims to compete directly with popular exchange-regulated markets such as Irish Stock Exchange (ISE)’s Global Exchange Market (GEM) and Luxembourg Stock Exchange (LuxSE)’s Euro MTF for debt securities sold to “professional investors”.
