*Student Accommodation - Acting for a joint venture corporate borrower to finance the acquisition and development of a number of student accommodation facilities across New South Wales and Victoria.

*Build-to-rent – Acting for a property investment manager in respect of a construction facility for a build-to-rent development in Melbourne comprising of over 700 residential apartments, retail and community facilities.

Project finance

*Ventura Bus Company - Acting for Ventura Motors in respect of the refinancing of its existing debt facilities to support it entering into new service contracts with Public Transport Victoria.

*Telecommunications infrastructure - Acting for a consortium borrower in respect of a AU$1.4b syndicated facility to support a bid for the acquisition of a telecommunication network within Australia.

General corporate finance

*Acting for ASX listed company in respect of a new $400m syndicated senior debt facility and negotiating more favourable terms on its existing AU$2.5b syndicated senior debt facilities.
