80333 Munich | 19. März 2020 – 20. März 2020We will host an LMA documentation course this year on Thursday, March 19 and Friday, March 20, 2020.
This is an introductory course which is suitable for people who are less familiar with LMA-style documentation.
The course will be facilitated by Rebecca Oliver, one of our senior knowledge lawyers based in London, together with various members of our Banking team in Germany.
We will cover all of the relevant elements of the LMA facility agreement, including representations, undertakings and events of default, and comparing the English and German law LMA templates.
