Our Latin America practice
Our Latin America practice focuses on banking and finance, energy, infrastructure and resources, projects, financial restructuring, private equity and corporate, M&A and securities. Working closely with our teams in North America and Europe, we also advise clients on international dispute resolution and regulatory matters, including compliance and investigations.
Our Mexico City office is integral to our multidisciplinary, cross-border Latin America practice, advising Mexico-based businesses and international investors on domestic and cross-border matters. Our team comprises bilingual lawyers who are multicultural in their legal training with a deep understanding of the legal intricacies involved in conducting business throughout the region.
We are one of the largest international law firms in Brazil, offering a substantial team of experienced lawyers, all of whom are bilingual and have worked in Brazil for many years. From our office in São Paulo, we advise Brazilian and international clients on English and US law issues throughout Latin America. For Brazilian law issues, we collaborate with leading Brazilian law firms, with whom we have established relationships and a number of common clients.
