In the wake of research suggesting that the cost of living crisis has resulted in savers accessing their pensions earlier than planned, and potentially becoming vulnerable to scams, the FCA has launched its latest ScamSmart campaign.

 

The ScamSmart website aims to increase awareness of the tactics used by scammers to defraud individuals of their pension savings. It includes a warning list to help members identify and avoid pensions and investment scams, and also provides a link for reporting scammers.
