GAR 30 recognizes Norton Rose Fulbright among the worlds leading international arbitration law firms

United States Press release - Recognition April 7, 2022

Norton Rose Fulbright has once again been named one of the world's top law firms for international arbitration with its inclusion in Global Arbitration Review's 2022 "GAR 30" list.

Global Arbitration Review has been ranking the most prestigious international arbitration practices for 15 years, with Norton Rose Fulbright frequently recognized. This year, the firm boasts an increased portfolio value to US$35 billion from US$6.5 billion in 2021.

Longtime Co-head of International Arbitration, Mark Baker, noted that the firm has been one of the "GAR 30" for many years.

"This selection confirms the remarkable results we have consistently achieved for our clients in very high stakes arbitration, particularly in energy and resource based disputes," Baker said.

The "GAR 30" list is selected based on number of hearings above US$10 million; the value at stake in those hearings; hours billed to arbitration; performance in Who's Who Legal: Arbitration and Who's Who Legal Future Leaders: Arbitration; and the number of pending cases in which a firm's members are sitting as arbitrators.

Norton Rose Fulbright's world-renowned international arbitration team, with more than 150 lawyers across the globe, handles some of the most complex, high-value and strategically important international arbitrations in the world. The firm has one of the few global legal practices with the experience and resources to assist clients from the onset of a dispute, through to enforcement of an award.
