Biography

Vianna Shing is a corporate transactional lawyer based in Sydney. 

Vianna has advised on large and complex domestic and international transactions, including for major corporate groups such as NRMA, Renewable Energy Systems Ltd, Logos Property Group, Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse, Stafford Timberland, GHD Group and Thorn Group.

Vianna advises clients on private mergers and acquisitions; real property investments; divestitures; capital raisings; private equity transactions; joint ventures; large scale due diligence; corporate finance; fund establishment; restructuring and reorganisations; trusts; corporate governance and compliance; and general corporate and commercial matters. 

Vianna previously worked at another top tier Australian law firm as well as having worked in-house for one of the big four banks in Australia, specialising in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and advisory.
