Adam Carlton-Smith is a construction and engineering lawyer based in Brisbane.
Adam practices in both front end procurement and back end dispute resolution, and advises on the construction of infrastructure projects, mining and resources projects, and all manner of property, tourism and mixed use developments across Australia.
At the front end he has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating on a range of construction, engineering and infrastructure projects for delivery by a variety of procurement methods (including D&C, EPC and ECI).
