Biography

Sarah Kaylinger is a corporate lawyer based in Sydney. 

Sarah focuses on advising clients in respect of commercial contracts and regulatory issues, she also focuses on mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining the firm Sarah worked for a corporate law firm,  her work there focused on advising clients in relation to regulatory matters and commercial contracts.  In particular, Sarah has experience advising clients in respect of Australia's gambling legislation, having worked in the gaming and leisure team for 12 months in her previous role. 

Sarah also spent some time in the equity capital markets team where she acted on a number of capital raising matters, in particular rights issues.  Sarah also advised clients in respect of compliance with ASX listing rules and provided general company secretarial support from time to time.
