African Development Bank - on the US$100m financing of ETC Group, a global agricultural commodities conglomerate, to finance development and construction costs for fertiliser and agricultural commodities projects across Africa.
Lenders - refinancing of the ESP Utilities Group, a British gas and electricity distributor, and the establishment of a £339,000,000 common debt platform.
Prudential Trustee Company Limited - as bond trustee and BNY Mellon as agent on the issuance of £150 million of bonds by Warrington Borough Council for the development of infrastructure within the borough.
PT Tower Bersama Tbk - in relation to amendments to its US$2 billion debt programme and issuing further Series under the debt programme.
iiNet Limited - in relation to the establishment of the company's first AU$330 million syndicated debt financing and its refinancing.
