Michelle Leong is a property lawyer based in Brisbane.
Michelle has specialised in the area of commercial property for over 20 years. She has a wide range of experience in commercial property transactions, and has been involved across a range of industries, including renewable energy, food and agribusiness and commercial and retail leasing. Her experience includes acting for both the private and public sectors.
Michelle has particular interest in complex leasing transactions advising both landlords and tenants across the leasing spectrum in various jurisdictions. She has worked in a number of different jurisdictions in the capacity of solicitor, including Queensland, New South Wales, England and Ireland.
