Norton Rose Fulbright advises Santander on financing of acquisition of Diamentum office building in Wrocław, Poland

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised Santander Bank Polska S.A. on loan facilities made available to Benson Elliot for the purpose of financing of the acquisition of Diamentum office building in Wrocław, Poland from CAVATINA Holding S.A.

Benson Elliot is a leading independent pan-European private equity real estate fund manager.

The Diamentum office building, located at Robotnicza street in Wrocław, Poland, was inspired by the structure of a diamond. The building consists of eight above-ground levels and one underground level. The building is a class A office building which offers around 9,300 square metres of leasable area.
