Oregon’s emergency COVID-19 rules took effect on November 6, 2020. A Risk Assessment and Infection Control Plan based on that Risk Assessment were due by December 7, 2020. Infection Control Training (based in part on the Infection Control Plan) was due by December 21, 2020. Oregon OSHA announced it was delaying enforcement of these deadlines for businesses affected by the governor’s “freeze” in activity for certain sectors of the economy (including restaurants and gyms) and newly adopted risk levels until the end of the year.
