Norton Rose Fulbright advises Panattoni on long-term lease agreement for new logistics hub for PBS Connect Polska

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised Panattoni as the developer on a long-term lease agreement for a new logistics hub for PBS Connect Polska in Panattoni Park Warsaw North III Iocated in Kobyłka, near Warsaw.
Panattoni will deliver over 24,000 square meters of modern warehouse and office space tailored to support PBS Connect Polska’s operational expansion and relocation of its headquarters from Marki. The facility includes approximately 1,500 square meters of office and staff areas, designed to accommodate around 150 employees.
The new facility is designed to meet BREEAM Excellent standards, incorporating sustainable features such as water retention systems, wildlife migration corridors, specially designed fencing to protect local fauna, and amphibian habitats, reflecting Panattoni’s commitment to environmental responsibility.
Norton Rose Fulbright’s Warsaw team advised Panattoni throughout the lease negotiation process, ensuring the agreement met the specific needs of PBS Connect Polska and facilitated their growth plans.
The transaction was led by real estate and construction associate Magdalena Olechniewicz-Blocher. Real estate partner Magdalena Zienkiewicz supervised the transaction.
