Norton Rose Fulbright advises iCON Infrastructure on its divestment of two combined heat and power facilities

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised iCON Infrastructure Partners on the divestment of its interests in Beckton Energy Limited and Rothes CoRDe Limited to Arjun Infrastructure Partners.

Beckton Energy owns a combined heat and power facility in Beckton (England) presently fuelled by tallow oil and rape seed oil and Rothes CoRDe owns a combined heat and power facility in Rothes (Scotland) fuelled by a combination of wood and draff. iCON’s co-investors in Beckton Energy, Melquart Limited and 2OC (Holdings) Limited also sold their respective stakes.
