Biography

Eric Stevens practises business law. With a bachelor's degree in accounting and finance, he has over the past 20 years concentrated his practice on mergers and acquisitions, corporate law and private financings. In 2008, Mr. Stevens was a recipient of Lexpert's "Top 40 Lawyers and Corporate Counsel Under 40" award and has since received several other awards. Mr. Stevens has been involved for many years in various charitable causes close to his heart as a member of various corporate boards.

  • Entertainment Benefits Group (EBG), based in Miami, New York and Las Vegas, in connection with an investment by Creative Artists Agency in EBG, one of the largest private providers of travel and entertainment in the United States
  • Solotech Group Inc., in connection with its acquisition of Pro Sound, Inc., a highly regarded audio, video, lighting and broadcasting integration company, headquartered in Miami, Florida, with offices and warehouses in Orlando, Pensacola and Los Angeles. Solotech also acquired Pro Sound, Inc.'s Stage Equipment and Lighting (SEAL) brand as well as affiliates Pro Sound CA, Inc. and Show Systems, Inc. This acquisition significantly increases Solotech's systems integration and live productions presence in the US market
