Biography
Matt Hacking is a mining, energy and infrastructure lawyer based in the firm's London office.
He focuses on advising clients in the development and financing of large-scale projects across a range of industry sectors and in a number of jurisdictions. He has extensive experience in the drafting and negotiation of the full spectrum of project documents, including concession agreements, design and build / construction contracts, operation and maintenance agreements, consultant appointments, guarantees, performance bonds and other ancillary project documentation.
He holds B.COM (PPE) and LLB degrees from the University of Cape Town.
