Marie-Hélène Caron deals in all aspects of civil and commercial litigation. Her practice focuses primarily on contractual disputes and class actions, particularly regarding environmental and consumer law. Moreover, Ms. Caron is involved in disputes related to construction and infrastructure projects as well as in civil and professional liability proceedings. She also takes interest in insurance law.

Her services are regularly used by major corporations, financial institutions and insurance companies in complex legal disputes before the Quebec courts.

Her practice covers all aspects of litigation, particularly the provision of legal advice, drafting of proceedings, holding of examinations on discovery, as well as representation before various judicial courts.
