Biography
Catherine Pluck is a dispute resolution lawyer based in London. She focuses on financial services investigations, regulatory enforcement and related litigation and is responsible for contentious financial services knowledge within the London office.
Catherine has advised firms and individuals in relation to regulator information requests, Section 166 reports and in connection with regulatory proceedings and has acted in matters involving a number of different regulators including the PRA, FCA and Lloyd's of London.
Catherine has also advised clients on a number of large-scale commercial disputes, including tax litigation and insurance disputes. She has been on secondment to a global bank and worked in-house at a FTSE 100 international financial services group.
