Biography
Igor Kondratowicz-Laderski is a banking and finance lawyer based in Warsaw. He focuses his practice on finance transactions and also has experience in advising on restructuring and bankruptcy matters.
Igor joined us in June 2018. Before that he worked in the Warsaw office of one of leading international law firm.

- Advised mBank S.A. on refinancing and/or financing of the grid connection deposits made or to be made in relation to a portfolio of PV and/or BESS projects sponsored by Sunly AS as well as refinancing of certain existing financial indebtedness of portfolio companies.
- Advised mBank and Bank Millennium on the PLN 400 million (EUR 94.12 million) refinancing of an operating 175 MWp PV portfolio located in Poland and sponsored by ib vogt GmbH.
- Advised PKO Bank Polski on the EUR 90 million financing for the development of the Annopol I onshore wind farm in Poland.
- Advised Bank Millennium on the refinancing of the construction phase of a portfolio of 13 photovoltaic (PV) projects developed by special purpose vehicles (SPVs) sponsored by PAD RES Group.
- Advised Brookfield, through its infrastructure debt platform, on a new junior debt facility of up to PLN 575 million (EUR 135 million) for the Qair Polska, a leading renewable energy company and part of the Qair Group.
- Advised PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna on the €3 billion financing of the PGE part of the construction of the 1.5 GW Baltica 2 offshore wind farm located off the Polish coast in the Baltic Sea between Ustka and Choczewo.
