Biography
Chelsea Hall is a commercial and projects lawyer in our Commonwealth Government team.
She advises the Department of Defence and other government departments on complex commercial matters, including major acquisition and sustainment, ICT and construction projects. Chelsea's experience comprises all aspects of procurement and contracting including project, procurement and contract design, acquisition, sustainment and remediation strategies, project delivery models and market-testing activities, interpreting and managing contracts (including performance-based contracts), and dispute resolution and commercial settlement arrangements. Chelsea also has a thorough knowledge of procurement law and Commonwealth Government policies, processes and legislation.
