Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright today announced Michael A. Swartzendruber as Partner-in-Charge and Denise Webb Glass as Administrative Partner of its Dallas office. Jonathan Skidmore, who had served as Dallas' Partner-in-Charge since 2014, recently became the firm's Global Co-Head of Life Sciences and Healthcare.
Norton Rose Fulbright's Dallas lawyers offer extensive experience in public and private equity transactions, mergers & acquisitions, securities, litigation, healthcare, bankruptcy and intellectual property law for companies representing a wide array of industries. Dallas is the firm's third-largest US office and opened in 1981.

Swartzendruber, who joined Norton Rose Fulbright in 1996, currently leads its litigation practice in Dallas. His litigation practice involves complex, high-stakes business disputes with a significant emphasis on securities, antitrust, and class action matters, including the successful representation of a number of the nation's largest theater companies.
Swartzendruber, who has been named a Client Service All-Star by BTI Consulting Group, said:

Glass joined Norton Rose Fulbright in 1997 and leads the firm's diversity efforts as Chair of the Diversity and Inclusion Committee. As part of the firm's healthcare transactions team, she focuses on operational, business and related regulatory issues affecting the healthcare services industry.

Swartzendruber received his JD from the University of Texas School of Law and his BA from the University of Texas. Glass earned her JD from the University of Houston Law Center and her BA from the University of Texas.
