Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright advised ING Bank Śląski on financing construction of 44 MWp PV portfolio in Poland for Doral Energy.
The finance stream of work was led by associate Przemysław Piasecki and included associate Karolina Majcher and lawyer Wiktoria Jadczak. The legal due diligence stream of work was led by associate Mateusz Czuba and included associate Aleksandra Szostak and lawyers Bartosz Odziemkowski and Mikołaj Wołczyński.
