This acquisition creates a team of more than 2,800 professionals that will serve over 900 clients globally with offices spanning the Americas, Europe, Africa and Asia.

This cross-border, multidisciplinary team advised on all aspects of the transaction, including mergers and acquisition, tax, cybersecurity, privacy, banking and finance, employment and labour, intellectual property and regulatory.
