Norton Rose Fulbright Canada LLP is proud to have acted as legal advisor to Canadian Tire Corporation, Limited in reaching a definitive agreement to acquire the historic Hudson’s Bay Company’s (HBC) intellectual property portfolio – including the iconic multi-coloured stripes design, as well as HBC’s crests, coat of arms and logos.
