CMHC offers affordable housing initiatives as part of Canada’s C$70bn National Housing Strategy
Our Quebec and Vancouver offices are advising Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) on federal affordable housing initiatives, including COVID-19 emergency housing relief, Indigenous housing, and other housing initiatives across the country.
CMHC’s mandate is to make housing affordable for all, as part of the country’s first-ever National Housing Strategy. Housing affordability is one of the key issues affecting all Canadians, Indigenous groups, and other vulnerable populations.
