Calgary and Montreal advised Saguaro in its private placement of second lien secured notes, providing C$50m in new financing

Counsel to Saguaro Resources in the private placement of $50 million of 8.5% second lien secured notes due 2022. This transaction is unique as there are not many second lien note financings have been completed in the Calgary market.
