Calypso Waterpark settles personal injury lawsuit

Counsel to Calypso Waterpark in various personal injury claims.  In the only case that has gone to trial to date, Yelle v. Calypso Park, the claim was dismissed with costs in favour of Calypso.  We have assisted Calypso in obtaining dismissals of other cases without going to trial, and in settling Strelec V. Calypso Park, where a park employee failed to observe park guidelines and a visitor was injured as a result.
