Montréal advises Bank of America on US$30m credit facility
Our Montréal office has advised the Bank of America on its US$30 million senior secured revolving US and Canadian credit facility to Energi Fenestration Solutions, a leading North American window and door profile and patio door manufacturer and distributor.
