Our Montréal and New York offices have advised Aeterna Zentaris Inc. on the filing of a new US$50 million shelf registration statement on Form F-3 and the implementation of a US$9 million "at the market" common share offering program on the NASDAQ Capital Market.
Aeterna Zentaris is a specialty biopharmaceutical company engaged in developing and commercializing novel treatments in oncology, endocrinology and women’s health.
