Our Montreal, Toronto and Ottawa offices assisted CIBC Asset Based Lending to establish a senior secured asset-based revolving facility in favour of the Pipe & Piling Supplies Ltd. group of companies on October 27, 2016. Our team was led by Arnold Cohen with a team consisting of John Naccarato, Serge Levy, Matthew Lippa, Zachary Frenkiel and Denise Gan. Pipe & Piling is a leading North American supplier of wide flange beams, H-Beams, bearing pile, pipe piling, sheet piling and concrete piling.
