Our Calgary office advised United Farmers of Alberta Co-operative Limited on the acquisition of all of the assets of All Peace Petroleum Ltd., a tank construction, sale, rental and inspection business based out of Grande Prairie, Alberta with services in AB, BC, SK, MB, NWT and YK. Our team also assisted with the pre-closing restructuring of seller and vendor entities associated with a complex tax structure. The transaction closed on August 21, 2018.
