Our Quebec City and Montreal offices are advising the Réseau de transport de la Capitale (RTC) on the Quebec City C$3 bn public transit network, which is to include tramways, an electric trambus, and reserved bus lanes.

The tramway would extend over 23 kilometres, including two sections that would run underground. It is expected to have capacity for 260 passengers, and would run from 5 a.m. to 1 a.m. every three to five minutes during rush hour, and every 10 to 15 minutes in normal conditions. The project is expected to be operational by 2026.

The team is led by Ian Gosselin and Alain Ricard.
