Canada clears airlines of predatory pricing

Kevin Ackhurst and D. Michael Brown represented Makivik Corporation and its First Air subsidiary in a matter which saw Canada's Competition Bureau confirm the closure of an investigation of an airline tie-up on efficiencies grounds, and cleared the combined company of allegations it acted with a codeshare partner to force another operator out of a North Canadian market.
