Biography
Ruoxi Wang is an associate in the employment and labour law group. She assists clients with a wide range of workplace issues, including employee hiring, discipline and dismissal, human right matters, management of disability claims and business immigration matters. Her experience includes reviewing and drafting employment agreements and policies, restrictive covenants, independent contractor agreements and termination documentation, conducting employment due diligence and assisting with employment issues in corporate transactions.
During law school, Ms. Wang was actively engaged with Student Legal Services of Edmonton, Alberta, and volunteered with the Education Abroad program at the University of Alberta. In her third year, Ms. Wang spent a semester abroad studying at the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
