Biography
Andréane Giguère practises employment and labour law, with a particular focus on hiring, terminations of employment, labour standards, occupational health and safety, human rights and freedoms and the interpretation and application of contracts of employment and collective labour agreements.
During her law studies, Ms. Giguère acted as a teaching assistant in constitutional law at the faculty of law at Laval University. She also completed a clerkship at the Quebec Court of Appeal. While completing her bachelor’s degree, she studied at the institute of political studies in Bordeaux, France.
