Jean-Philippe Pelletier practises business law, concentrating on corporate finance and restructuring.
His practice involves representing groups of lenders, investors and borrowers in acquisition, project, and asset financing, as well as securitization and factoring transactions, and the restructuring and refinancing of strategic debt.
In this capacity, Mr. Pelletier participates in the drafting, negotiation, and management of various transactions at the national, cross-border and international levels, including in the manufacturing, real estate, transportation, infrastructure, energy, telecommunications, and agri-food sectors.
