Danielle Emmett maintains a general labour and employment practice. She regularly advises provincially and federally regulated clients on labour relations, grievances, wrongful dismissal, employment standards, employment agreements, employee discipline and termination, workplace investigations, workplace policies and procedures, drug and alcohol testing, workplace privacy, occupational health and safety, and human rights.
Ms. Emmett has appeared before the Alberta Court of Queen’s Bench, the Provincial Court of Alberta, labour relations boards, human rights commissions, and boards of arbitration. Prior to joining our Calgary office, Ms. Emmett practiced at a prominent labour and employment boutique in Calgary.
