Sadaf Samim is an associate in our Toronto office who practises in all areas of employment and labour law, including wrongful dismissal, human rights and accommodation, workplace management and investigations, policy development, recruitment and hiring practices, labour relations, and occupational health and safety.

Sadaf advises employers on a wide range of workplace issues and labour relations matters. She represents employers in workplace disputes and employment and labour-related legal proceedings, and has appeared before various levels of court and administrative tribunals. She has also completed a secondment at a large technology company specializing in online food delivery.

Sadaf joined us as a summer student in 2017 and returned to complete her articles in 2018. During her articling term, Sadaf completed a secondment at Metrolinx.
