Alexandrine Parent is a member of the business law group, where she focuses on real estate, commercial law and business transactions. She has solid experience in drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements. Ms. Parent has also represented several real estate developers, lessors and lessees in connection with complex lease agreements across Canada for commercial and industrial properties.

Before joining the firm, Ms. Parent worked both in private practice and in-house, including for one of the largest diversified real estate investment funds in Canada.

Ms. Parent is currently completing her M.B.A. at Laval University.
