Biography
Margaret McConnell is an associate in the employment and labour group. She assists senior counsel in advising clients on all aspects of employment and labour law, including labour relations, employment standards, contracts and policies, occupational health and safety, termination and wrongful dismissal, human rights, privacy, and other related areas.
Margaret has appeared before the British Columbia Supreme Court and has assisted senior counsel before the Federal Court, British Columbia Small Claims Court, and the British Columbia Human Rights Tribunal as well as in preparation for mediations, arbitrations, and collective bargaining.
