Russell Groves practises in all areas of employment and labour law, including human rights, employment standards, labour relations, grievance arbitration, wrongful dismissal, and health and safety matters.

Prior to joining our Toronto office, Russell practised labour and employment law at a management-side labour and employment boutique firm. Russell has also worked previously in the Canadian technology sector and also assisted in the start-up of one of Canada's leading charitable organizations.
