Rav Sidhu is a tax lawyer. Ms. Sidhu focuses on tax planning, including corporate reorganizations, estate planning, structuring owner-manager businesses, and advising on commercial transactions. Ms. Sidhu has also worked on matters concerning personal income tax and non-profit organizations.

Ms. Sidhu joined us in 2018 after working at a boutique tax law firm. Ms. Sidhu also has completed the CBA Tax Law for Lawyers Conference course in 2018.

During law school, Ms. Sidhu spent a semester at the University of Copenhagen, studying international commercial law and private equity.
